New inventory is available and prices are up this month. July saw an increase of almost 20% compared to last month. Good news for those that sold, but the number is an average of pricing and not comparing individual styles, age and size of homes. Days on Market continue to remain long. Buyers are enjoying choices, as we keep seeing a decent influx of home owners willing to put their homes on the market for sale. Yes, it is true that we saw almost 50% more homes transfer title during the month of July. Spring showings resulted in negotiations and deals were made. Meeting of the minds over the past few months ended at the closing table with happy buyers and sellers.

Buyers continue to surf the web and schedule showings of homes for sale. Our buyer pool for New Windsor  consists of both local and transplants.
