Here’s How You Can Help
Local Drop off Centers in Newburgh NY
In Newburgh NY, the local Batallion #3 Fire Departments are looking to help with the clean up process from Hurricane Sandy. The firehouses are participating as drop off centers and asking you to join in the effort too. Many areas in New York and New Jersey are in major need of supplies. What do they need?.. things to clean up with. Mops, shovels, buckets, brooms, rakes, goggles and masks are all in major demand. Bleach, Lysol, Ammonia, rubber gloves, and plastic bags.
This is one way to help participate in the clean up process.
..and with the weather turning colder there is a need for warm clothing. The following items are on their wish list.
Winter Coats, Gloves, Scarves and Sweaters are greatly appreciated.. and last but not least … diapers..
